You will manage multidisciplinary teams, develop programmes, budgets and governance, and monitor expenditure against funding allocations for highways, transport, public realm and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design and construction commissions through development, design, procurement and implementation.
• Lead commissions with multidisciplinary teams to deliver highways, transport, public realm and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain programmes, delivery plans, budgets, risk registers and governance docs.
• Manage resources and budgets, ensuring expenditure aligns with funding allocations.
• Experience delivering highways, transport, infrastructure or public realm projects.
• Experience managing design and construction commissions through full lifecycle.
