Job summary

Bristow & Sutor Group is recruiting Enforcement Agents for the Southern Counties, covering Guildford, Crawley, Tunbridge Wells, and Maidstone. The role offers a basic salary of 26,441–28,460 per year with a pathway to earning £40,000–£65,000 through commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• A full UK manual driving licence is required.
• No CCJs and no criminal record.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work to targets and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses.
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries.
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire.
• Take control of goods when there's no other option, following regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records.
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship and ensuring referrals are followed.

What you will do

• Visit customers' homes and businesses
