Job summary

Bristow & Sutor is recruiting Enforcement Agents to cover South West London and surrounding areas. You will visit customers' homes and businesses, negotiate recoveries, take payments and set up arrangements, while following regulations.

A valid UK manual driving licence and a clean record are required. We offer a basic salary of £26,441–£28,460 plus commission/bonus potential and a company car with a fuel card, smartphone and strong training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence required.
• Free of CCJ's and Criminal Record.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work to targets and manage own results.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses.
• Negotiate professionally to maximise recoveries.
• Take payments and set up arrangements; assist with income questionnaires.
• Take control of goods when needed, following regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and payment records.
• Identify vulnerability and refer to appropriate support pathways.

What you will do

• Visit customers' homes and businesses
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire
• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed
