Job summary

Bristow & Sutor Group is seeking Enforcement Agents to cover the Southern Counties (Guildford, Crawley, Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone). The role includes visiting customers, negotiating recoveries, and managing payments while upholding regulatory standards.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £26,441–£28,460 with commissions and a clear path to earning £40,000–£65,000. A company car, fuel card and full training are provided, with 22 days holiday and pension benefits.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses.
• Negotiate professionally to maximise recoveries.
• Take payments and set up arrangements; assist with income questionnaires.
• Take control of goods when needed, following regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records.
• Identify vulnerability signs and refer appropriately.

What you will do

• Visit customers' homes and businesses
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire
• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed

• A full UK Manual Driving Licence
