Bristow & Sutor Group is seeking Enforcement Agents for the North East London area, including Barking, Bishops Storford, Brentwood, and surrounding towns. You will visit homes and businesses, negotiate recoveries, collect payments, arrange settlements, and document all activity with strict adherence to regulations.

A UK driving licence and a clean criminal record are essential. We offer a competitive basic salary, realistic bonus potential, and company car with fuel card.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Able to handle sensitive conversations with confidence.
• Must have UK driving licence.
• Criminal record clear and background suitable for enforcement work.

Responsabilités

• Visit customers' homes and businesses to pursue recoveries.
• Negotiate professionally to maximise successful recoveries.
• Take payments and set up repayment arrangements with customers.
• Take control of goods when necessary, following regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and payment records.
• Identify vulnerability and refer to appropriate support paths.
