Bristow & Sutor Group, an established enforcement specialist in North East London, seeks certificated Enforcement Agents to manage a defined geographical area and drive successful recoveries. Roles involve visiting homes/businesses, negotiating, taking payments, and arranging recovery plans.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses.
• Negotiate professionally to maximise recoveries.
• Take payments and set up arrangements.
• Assist customers with income questionnaires.
• Take control of goods when needed and follow regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes and payment records.
• Identify vulnerability and refer to appropriate pathways.
