Job summary

Invinity Energy Systems plc in the UK seeks a Project Manager to lead delivery of complex, technically demanding energy storage projects for multiple stakeholders.

You will own schedules, budgets and governance, coordinate with engineering and commercial teams, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role emphasises risk management, change control, safety and continuous improvement across project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical, industrial, energy, or construction projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer interface across the project lifecycle, building trusted relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead project execution from initiation to close.
• Ensure contractual obligations and project objectives are understood and achieved.
• Manage expectations while aligning with company objectives and contracts.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules with stakeholders and monitor milestones.
• Prepare accurate status reports and present updates to leadership and customers.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve technical challenges and support discussions.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to process improvements.
