Zusammenfassung

Field Energy is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support long-duration battery energy storage projects across the UK. You will work under the Project Manager to manage pre-construction, FID, construction, commissioning and handover, coordinating with Engineering, QHSE, Procurement, Legal and Development teams.

The role emphasizes engagement, resilience, and strong communication, with opportunities for progression and hands-on project management experience in a growing renewable energy

Qualifikationen

• Engineering, construction, science, commercial or project-management background with 3+ years experience.
• Experience on energy infrastructure projects is a bonus (batteries, HVDC, interconnectors).
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and resilient with a passion for project management.

Aufgaben

• Support Project Managers through pre-construction and Final Investment Decision (FID).
• Coordinate and support an internal project team and engage landowners to meet obligations.
• Support planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk registers and contract management.
• Assist in managing the construction phase to safely meet time, quality and budget targets.
• Promote health and safety culture across projects and ensure alignment with project contracts.
