HANCHU ESS is seeking an experienced after-sales engineer to support the UK and European regions. You will handle spare parts operations, remote and on-site technical support, and customer training to ensure efficient energy storage system operations.

The role requires 3+ years in after-sales or technical support in energy storage or electrical industries, a relevant engineering degree, and willingness to travel across the UK and Europe. Fluency in Mandarin is valued for HQ coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of after-sales service or technical support experience in the new energy, electrical, or energy storage industries.
• Degree in electrical engineering, automation, new energy, mechatronics, or a related field preferred (open to other backgrounds).
• Solid understanding of energy storage products and electrical fundamentals; hands-on experience in repair, installation, and commissioning of energy storage or electrical equipment is a plus.
• UK-based with the right to work in the UK; willing to travel to customer sites across the UK and Europe.
• Strong communication and learning skills, a customer-first mindset, proactive problem-solving on site, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) for smooth coordination with the HQ team in China.

Responsabilités

• Manage spare parts ops for UK/Europe — inbound, stocktaking and ledger control.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support: install and commission energy storage systems.
• Plan and deliver customer training on product operation and maintenance.
• Build and run localized after-sales communication channels; improve workflows.
• Act as main technical contact for customers in UK/Europe; coordinate via email/WhatsApp/tickets.
• Bridge field issues with HQ in China to resolve complex problems.
