E.ON Next is hiring an Energy Specialist to own the customer experience end to end, delivering exceptional service to business customers. You’ll engage by phone and email, resolve issues with knowledge and empathy, and contribute to continuous improvement.

The role offers hybrid working, with initial training at the Nottingham hub and potential base at Leicester after training. Starting salary is £25,983 with progression to higher levels.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English skills, both written and verbal.
• Empathise with customers and go above and beyond to resolve issues.
• Excitement to solve complex problems.

• Confidence in making important decisions.
