You will advocate for customers, drive improvements, and handle sensitive data with integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is welcome; full training provided.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of customer queries from first contact to resolution.
• Provide outstanding service over the phone and by email.
• Advocate for customers to drive product and process improvements.
