Job summary

The Energy Adviser / Champion role in Greater Manchester reports to the Energy Team Leader and is responsible for engaging with partners, raising awareness of the service, and communicating the outcomes achieved for clients.

You will engage with partners and community groups one-to-one and through delivering energy awareness sessions to professionals and residents, including sessions to raise awareness of the dangers of carbon monoxide.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to groups.
• Comfortable in a target-driven environment with data analysis skills.
• Ability to build relationships with community groups and organisations.
• Ability to monitor and evaluate the impact of community engagement.
• Experience with social media and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with partners and raise awareness of the service.
• Create a community of energy awareness and provide face-to-face/telephone support.
• Deliver energy awareness sessions to professionals and community members, including CO danger awareness.
