Job summary

Act on Energy, Birmingham City Centre, seeks an Energy Advisor Team Lead to help steer a team delivering independent energy advice by telephone to clients, including those in fuel poverty. You will balance direct client casework with leadership duties, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to safeguarding and data-protection standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a customer-facing or charity setting.
• Strong ability to manage performance, wellbeing and development.

• Good record-keeping and data accuracy in line with procedures.
• Awareness of vulnerability and safeguarding principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to Energy Advisors and manage performance.
