Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of multidisciplinary energy projects across the UK, including wind, solar, transmission, HVDC, and substations.

You will manage scope, budgets, schedules and risks, coordinate design disciplines and stakeholders, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery. Join a collaborative team with hybrid working and strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Energy/Power sector projects.
• Project management qualification such as APM PMQ.
• Experience managing budgets, programmes and commercial aspects of delivery.
• Knowledge of risk management and change control processes.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Collaborative approach and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Leading multidisciplinary project teams through the full project lifecycle.
• Managing project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and change control processes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting the successful delivery of complex engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of our Energy business.
