Job summary

Stantec in the UK is seeking a Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary design teams on energy infrastructure projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure designs are technically robust, commercially viable and aligned with project objectives.

You will manage FEED and detailed design across substations, wind, solar, interconnectors and other energy assets, mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative, safety‑driven work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design teams across complex energy infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of FEED and detailed design processes.
• Knowledge of industry codes, standards and regulations.
