Job summary

Mane Contract Services seeks an experienced Document Controller to support a major energy infrastructure project on an initial 12-month contract with strong potential for extension.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of document control experience within energy, power, utilities or renewable energy projects and will expertly manage technical documentation through an EDMS, with ProjectWise or ThinkWise being highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience as Document Controller or similar role.
• Experience in Energy Infrastructure, Power, Utilities or Renewable Energy projects.
• Proficient with EDMS and document control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation through the entire project lifecycle.
• Upload, distribute, track and archive documents using EDMS platforms.
• Maintain accurate document registers, revision histories and workflows.
• Coordinate documentation between engineering teams, project management, contractors and clients.
