James Fisher and Sons plc is seeking a Business Development Manager - CFE to drive growth across the UK, Europe and Africa in the Oil & Gas, Offshore Wind and Renewables sectors. You will work with internal teams to develop proposals, tenders and commercial strategies.

The role requires keeping the CRM up to date, supporting tender submissions, and contributing to market insight and strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in offshore energy, marine, subsea or tendering roles.
• Commercial awareness for tenders, margins and risk guidance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a pipeline of opportunities across the CFE sector in the UK, Europe and Africa.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to convert leads into contracts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities, opportunities and forecasts.
