Job summary

New Power Partners is seeking a commercially driven Senior BD Manager to accelerate growth of its offshore wind consultancy services. You will lead new business opportunities, build senior-level client relationships, and shape the company’s market positioning in a global offshore wind context.

You will engage with developers, utilities, EPC contractors, and investors, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver strategic market insights to support planning and growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business development, commercial management, or consulting within the offshore wind industry.
• Proven track record in generating new business in a consultancy or advisory environment.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across the offshore wind value chain.
• International experience and comfort working with global clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients, projects, and market segments globally.
• Expand existing client relationships and support cross-selling opportunities.
• Support conversion of opportunities into profitable consultancy work.
• Lead gathering of intelligence on competitor activity, client investment plans, and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal BD, tendering, and technical teams; support pursuit strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events and forums; manage client engagement plans.
