Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, planning, logistics coordination or a similar operational role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a focus on data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate daily workloads for field disconnection agents and manage appointments for efficiency.
• Monitor field activity and adjust in real time, prioritising urgent cases as needed.
• Coordinate with field operatives and partners to complete disconnections/reconnections within service levels.
• Maintain records and produce operational reports; track performance against targets.
• Resolve scheduling bottlenecks and ensure compliance with company policies.
