Qualifications

• Experience in field sales to SMEs.
• Able to generate new business through direct approaches.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and visit clients in the Birmingham area.

Responsibilities

• Grow your client base through cold approaches and direct “door-knocking” sales.
• Around 80% of your time will be spent in the field.
• Understand customer needs, drivers and how the company can help.
• Attend visits scheduled by the team and generate your own visits.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Follow up with customers after order fulfillment to ensure satisfaction.
