Octopus Energy Group in London is hiring for a full-time customer service role. You will handle billing questions, meter issues and energy queries with real conversations, no scripts, and a passion for greener energy. Immediate start, with hours 9:00 to 17:30, in central London.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a salaried starting point of £28,900, opportunities to grow and contribute to a better planet through customer-centric service.

• Solving problems like a pro across billing, meters or complex energy queries.
• End-to-end service handling queries from start to finish, including complaints.

• Treat every customer with care, warmth and going the extra mile.
• Make a real impact by advising on greener energy choices.
