Job summary

James Fisher and Sons plc is seeking a Business Development Manager for the CFE sector to grow our client base across the UK, Europe, and Africa, focusing on oil & gas, decommissioning, and renewables. The role offers exposure across our Energy Services portfolio and opportunities to collaborate on commercial and growth initiatives.

You will work with internal stakeholders to generate leads, contribute to tender submissions, and help drive contract awards while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, sales, tendering, project or operations within offshore energy sectors.
• Understanding of Oil & Gas, Decommissioning, Offshore Wind or Renewables markets would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a pipeline of opportunities across CFE sector in UK, Europe and Africa.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients and support tender submissions.
• Maintain CRM records with sales activity, opportunities and forecasts.
• Support preparation and submission of tenders and proposals with technical, operational and commercial teams.
• Provide market insight and contribute to bid/no-bid discussions to support decisions.
