James Fisher and Sons is seeking a Business Development Manager - CFE to drive growth across the UK, Europe and Africa in offshore energy, renewables and related sectors. The role focuses on lead generation, tendering, and building strong client relationships to win contracts.

You will coordinate with technical, operations and commercial teams to craft compelling solutions, manage proposals, and provide market insight to shape business strategy and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore energy or related sectors.
• Understanding tendering processes and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a pipeline of CFE opportunities across the UK, Europe and Africa.
• Build relationships with clients and convert leads into contract awards.
• Prepare tenders and proposals with internal teams.
• Provide market insights and forecasts to support strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical and Operations teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
