Qualifications

• Training via a City & Guilds programme including Energy Awareness.
• City & Guilds Level 2 Fuel Debt Advice in the Community.
• Experience in handling energy-related queries with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Answer energy advice calls and support line projects.
• Record client details accurately and assess needs.
• Refer clients to appropriate support organisations.
• Identify energy improvements and refer to installers.
• Help clients apply for grants and switch tariffs.
• Maintain records and ensure GDPR-compliant handling.
