Job summary

FMC Talent in the United Kingdom is seeking a Junior Territory Manager to develop accounts across the endoscopy market, spending time with customers, building product knowledge, and creating opportunities to grow sales within your territory.

You’ll drive sales, manage local opportunities, and work closely with your Regional Sales Manager to meet territory targets through a consultative approach and strong relationship building.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical sales with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of operating theatre environment.
• Able to present products and understand customer needs.
• Organise workload and manage priorities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and regional events.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of endoscopic products and solutions across your territory, building customer relationships and managing local sales opportunities.
• Act as main point of contact for customers in your assigned territory and product portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver coordinated customer support before and after purchase.
• Develop technical knowledge to explain products and identify suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and share customer feedback, competitor activity and market insights.
• Attend customer meetings, exhibitions and workshops with travel and time away from home.
