Job summary

FMC Talent is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in the UK to own and grow a dedicated orthopaedics territory. You will drive sales across NHS and private hospitals, build strong relationships with surgeons, consultants and procurement, and work closely with clinical teams to ensure patient outcomes and commercial growth.

You will promote the orthopaedic portfolio, deliver demonstrations and attend events while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and market insights.

Qualifications

• Experience selling orthopaedic medical devices.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in medical devices.
• Understanding of NHS and private hospital purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow sales across the territory, balancing new business with existing accounts.
• Develop NHS and private hospital relationships with surgeons and theatre teams.
• Promote, demonstrate and sell the orthopaedic portfolio to clinical and commercial stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, pricing and presentations to support opportunities through to close.
• Provide clinical support during procedures and collaborate with Clinical Specialists.
