Job summary

FMC Talent is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth in the renal and oncology portfolio across key UK accounts. You will build deep clinical relationships, manage stakeholders, and deliver on sales targets with autonomy and ownership.

You’ll travel regularly to client sites, nurture opportunities from discovery through to close, and partner with a supportive team to scale the business. NHS knowledge and medical sales experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device sales with consumables is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Understanding of NHS structures and how to navigate them.

Responsibilities

• Grow market share of renal and oncology portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Spot new business opportunities and upsell within existing accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews to monitor performance.
• Support patient adoption through referral pathways.
• Keep CRM up to date and accurate.
• Analyze sales data to inform future activities.
