Job summary

GBUK Group is launching a new Endourology Division and seeks two Area Business Managers to drive growth in the South of England. This remote and field-based role will lead relationship-building with urologists, theatres, and NHS customers, shaping early division strategy and commercial execution.

You will develop territory plans, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with the Head of Speciality Sales to meet ambitious targets in a fast-growing, global medical devices provider.

Qualifications

• Proven endourology experience.
• Strong product knowledge relevant to Endourology.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs, including face-to-face activity.
• Analyse the local marketplace and develop territory and account strategies.
• Lead the full sales cycle from product introduction to closing and contract negotiation.
• Manage product mix in line with business objectives.
• Identify and develop new accounts and expand existing ones into new product lines.
• Build long-term, value-based relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
• Identify upcoming tenders and procurement opportunities.
• Attend and present at customer meetings, professional congresses, and industry events.
