Job summary

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised administrator to join the Endoscopy team at Glan Clwyd Hospital. You will work with nursing staff, doctors, the public, and others to perform clerical duties with excellent customer service and data accuracy.

The role requires the ability to communicate effectively, Welsh language level 3 is essential, and applicants from Welsh or English backgrounds are welcome.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with clinicians, senior managers and clerical staff.
• Good keyboard skills for regular use of computer systems/IT.
• Able to concentrate on Administrative duties within a disruptive environment with interruptions.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and similar PAS system.
• Competent in the use of WPAS Patient Administration System.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support alongside nursing staff, doctors, the public and external sources.
• Provide high levels of customer service and clear communication.
• Ensure accurate data capture and IT competency in the workplace.
