Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Operational Support Manager to join our Endoscopy service on a full-time basis. The post holder will support the Service Manager and General Manager in delivering safe, patient-centred operational services across Frimley Park and Wexham Park hospitals, with regular travel between sites.

You will monitor waiting lists, pathways, capacity and performance, contribute to governance, service improvement and risk management, and work collaboratively

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent operational/administrative management experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development in management, leadership or healthcare operations.
• Supervisory or management qualification or willingness to work towards.
• Qualification in healthcare management, service improvement, leadership or administration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor waiting lists, validation, pathways, capacity, workforce and productivity.
• Identify, action and escalate operational risks and performance issues.
• Support governance, complaints, risk management and service improvement.
• Work with clinical, administrative and corporate colleagues to achieve objectives.
