Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Operational Support Manager to support the Endoscopy service, enabling safe, patient-centred operational delivery across multiple sites with regular travel between Frimley Park, Wexham Park and Heatherwood Hospitals.

The role focuses on patient pathways, capacity, performance and service improvement, working with clinical, nursing and corporate teams to achieve access and quality standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant operational / administrative management experience
• Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to management, leadership, service improvement or healthcare operations
• Supervisory or management qualification, or willingness to work towards
• Qualification in healthcare management, service improvement, leadership or administration

Responsibilities

• Experience of coordinating operational or administrative services within a complex environment
• Experience of supervising or line managing staff, including appraisal, attendance, training compliance and initial performance management
• Experience of using performance, activity, waiting list, pathway or workforce information to support service delivery
