Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Administration Assistants and Administration Coordinators to provide an efficient administrative service for endoscopy bookings and patient queries.
• Monitor team performance, targets and quality measures; embed best practices.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and change projects to maximise resources and patient experience.
• Engage with cancer waiting times, DM01 performance and waiting list management.
