VIVID in the United Kingdom is seeking an End User Technology Support Technician to join our IT team. The role is full-time (37 hours) with 20% office-based work to promote collaboration within the CIDO team and across the business.

You will support delivery, maintenance and continual improvement of IT services, handle user provisioning and de-provisioning, and manage hardware lifecycles while delivering excellent customer service.

Formación

• Experience in a similar IT support role.
• Experience in a busy IT Service Desk environment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting across hardware and software.
• Ability to follow established processes and work within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery, maintenance and continual improvement of IT services across the organisation.
• Assist with evaluation, testing and implementation plans for new technologies and services.
• Provision system access for new starters and manage leavers, ensuring accounts are updated.
• Manage lifecycle of IT equipment (laptops, desktops, tablets, printers) and ensure asset disposal aligns with policies.
• Provide high levels of customer service and collaborate with the wider IT team.
