Job summary

VIVID Housing is seeking an End User Technology Support Technician in Plymouth. This full-time role (37 hours) requires at least 20% office-based work to promote collaboration within the CIDO team and across the business.

You will support IT services, assist with testing new technologies, and manage provisioning and equipment lifecycles to ensure colleagues have the tools they need from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an IT support or similar role.
• Strong technical troubleshooting across hardware and software.
• Experience in a busy IT service desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery, maintenance and continual improvement of IT services.
• Assist with evaluation, testing, trials and proofs-of-concept for new technologies.
• Manage employee lifecycle IT provisioning, access, and equipment returns.
• Oversee lifecycle of IT equipment (laptops, desktops, tablets, printers).
• Follow established processes and service standards to resolve issues and support colleagues.
