Job summary

CDW in the United Kingdom is seeking a Workspace & Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide local on-site IT support for co-workers, resolving incidents, and maintaining EUC services.

You will manage ServiceNow tickets, SCCM tasks, security policies, and coordinate with 3rd tier teams, while following ITIL practices and contributing to the knowledge base. On-site presence is required across sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support environment and handling end-user issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with users at all levels.
• Familiarity with Service Desk ticketing systems and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Providing local onsite IT support and resolving incidents/requests for co-workers.
• Review workloads and priorities to ensure timely task completion.
• Administer EUC environments and deliver services to meet SLAs/KPIs.
• Maintain SCCM tasks and patch management of end-user devices.
• Raise and update ServiceNow tickets with clear communication.
• Follow ITIL practices and collaborate with 3rd tier resolver teams.
• Document fixes and contribute to internal KB articles.
• Assist with hardware requests and asset management processes.
