Siemens Energy Wind Power Offshore Sales is seeking a Sales Project Manager in the United Kingdom, ideally in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, to lead Tender submissions through to contract signature.

You will own the end-to-end project, negotiate with customers, and ensure submissions meet governance and commercial objectives, while engaging across engineering, commercial and operations teams in a global, multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Background in Sales, Project Management or Engineering.
• International project sales experience in wind energy or construction is a plus.
• Experience managing complex sales or projects in multicultural teams.
• Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder management required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the sales project end-to-end, from tender to contract signature.
• Lead customer negotiations and conclude contracts aligning customer needs with SGRE’s interests.
• Drive project through SGRE’s sales processes with full governance compliance.
• Lead, support and develop a high-performing sales project team.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, track progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Understand customer business cases and shape bid/negotiation strategies reflected in costing, planning and scope.
• Ensure a comprehensive, high-quality handover to Operations after contract signature.
