Job summary

Ventus Group is seeking a Sales Manager/Key Account Manager (m/f/x) with a strong wind energy network to expand our UK presence, especially in Scotland. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure, and work with marketing to align campaigns with client needs.

The role requires at least three years in sales leadership within wind, excellent English, and a proactive, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Sales Manager or Key Account Manager, proven track record in wind industry.
• Strong network in wind energy with ability to develop new customers.
• Excellent English written and spoken; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow key client portfolio across Nordic region and UK.
• Develop business plans covering sales, revenue, and expenses.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle and close orders.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and lead generation.
• Maintain CRM records of visits, opportunities, and orders.
