Job summary

Muehlhan Group, a wind services provider, is strengthening its North Shields, UK office with a Project Manager. You will lead project delivery, drive contract adherence, and maximize profitability through effective planning and cost control.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent English, and at least three years of project management experience in the wind sector. You’ll collaborate with customers and sub-contractors to deliver outstanding results and maintain safety and quality

Qualifications

Minimum of three years' experience in project management.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Knowledge of the wind industry.
Education relevant to wind industry.

Responsibilities

Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to contracts/frame agreements and P&L objectives.
Ensure project delivery according to QHSE requirements and project schedule.
Ensure fulfilment of frame agreements, purchase orders, and contracts for time, scope, and quality.
Create structured work distribution and an efficient, positive work environment.
Maintain close contact with employees, customers, and subcontractors; document contractual communications.
Keep all relevant parties updated on project progress and concerns.
