Job summary

NHBC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a fixed-term contract in Milton Keynes. You will manage multiple vacancies, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines while partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

You will champion NHBC’s employer brand, liaise with external providers, and influence recruitment approaches based on market trends to meet current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple vacancies in a high-volume environment.
• Proven direct sourcing and headhunting with passive candidates.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches and social networking tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and hiring strategies.
• Manage multiple vacancies from briefing to offer.
• Source proactively via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking and other channels.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Advise stakeholders on recruitment approaches and market trends.
• Liaise with agencies to maximise value.
• Champion NHBC’s employer brand and candidate experience.
