Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee automotive components product development from concept through production. You will ensure alignment of design, engineering and customer requirements, driving delivery against the roadmap.

The role requires genuine technical understanding of the product development process, plus the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires genuine understanding of the product development process, not just coordination.
• Proven track record delivering multiple concurrent projects from concept to production (automotive/manufacturing preferred).
• Strong command of project management tools and reporting.
• Excellent task and time management and follow-up discipline.
• Confident communicator with ability to articulate goals, tasks and risks.
• Growth-oriented, accountable and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, hitting milestones on time and within budget.
• Manage internal and external resources to keep projects on track.
• Lead meetings, drive actions and ensure accountability across the team.
• Report project health to stakeholders including risks and mitigations.
• Oversee development of lighting products meeting regulatory, performance and aesthetic requirements.
• Manage product customisations, change requests and technical support within KPIs.
• Define and uphold product standards and documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues and make evidence-based decisions under pressure.
