Job summary

RE Recruitment Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a Stonehouse-based client in the food production sector. The role is full-time, temporary to permanent, offering an hourly rate of £13.45 with holiday allowance and a path to a permanent salary.

Based in Stonehouse, the position requires strong organisational and communication skills and experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support or order processing in manufacturing/logistics.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem solver with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer order process with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide regular updates and resolve enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate dispatch, shipping and export documents for UK, EU and international deliveries.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, hauliers and customers to ensure smooth fulfilment.
• Prepare invoices, reports and shipping documentation with accuracy and compliance.
