Job summary

Gigs invites a Technical Project Management role focused on Carrier Integration to lead end-to-end API-based integrations. You’ll work inside a dedicated integration squad with a Network Product Manager and engineers, driving from contract to live traffic while shaping how this new function operates as we scale into new markets.

You will read carrier API specs, participate in architecture discussions, and own the delivery timelines and blockers to ensure timely, high-quality integrations with

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program/project management or similar
• Hands-on experience running API-based integrations
• Able to read API docs and discuss architecture with engineers
• Strong cross-functional coordination across Product, Eng, and external partners

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the integration program with timelines, risk logs, and readiness checklists.
• Set the pace for the squad by aligning internal teams and the carrier.
• Own delivery end-to-end: milestones, dependencies, risk, and resolutions across teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering as a technical peer and understand API contracts and flows.
• Translate carrier documentation into a clear, sequenced build plan for the team.
• Drive proactive risk spotting and resolution rather than escalation.
• Be the connective tissue across Gigs, the carrier, and partners.
