Job summary

Herald, a hybrid-flexible company in the UK, seeks a Product Manager to own the lifecycle of carrier market integrations from intake to bind. You will connect Herald’s engineering efforts with carrier partners, drive change management, and push AI-enabled workflows across the integration surface.

As a key external-facing leader, you’ll scope new integrations, ensure smooth QA and launch, and monitor connectivity health.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical product management or closely adjacent role in B2B SaaS
• Experience designing or scoping AI-assisted or agentic workflows
• Proven ability to manage external technical stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with startups at Series A–C stage
• Familiarity with carrier-distribution dynamics (insurtech) and related workflows

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of Herald’s carrier markets end to end.
• Bridge between engineering, carrier partners, and implementations.
• Identify AI opportunities and implement agentic workflows across integrations.
• Manage integration scoping, QA, and go-live for new carrier builds.
• Oversee connectivity health, error handling, and monitoring pipelines.
• Coordinate product configuration, partner onboarding, and stakeholder inquiries.
• Negotiate roadmap changes with carriers and drive change management.
