Job summary

Gigs is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a team building a platform that lets any company offer its own mobile service. You will own strategy across APIs, network integrations, and the experiences our customers put in front of their users.

You will coach PMs, shape the roadmap, and stay hands-on on key problems from discovery to launch, while collaborating with Engineering, Design, and customers to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, incl. 3+ years leading PMs.
• Experience with platform/API/backend systems.
• Strong judgment with imperfect information.
• Customer-focused with cross-functional collaborators.
• Excellent written communication and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of product managers to deliver against KPIs.
• Own strategy and roadmap across multiple product areas.
• Stay hands-on end-to-end from discovery to launch.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to align priorities.
• Engage with customers and partners to validate solutions.
