Job summary

Gigs is building the operating system for mobile services, enabling platforms to offer their own mobile connectivity through a scalable API-driven platform. As Group Product Manager you will lead a team of PMs owning the platform across APIs, network integrations, and customer experiences.

You will set direction, shape product craft, and partner with engineering and design to turn strategy into execution while maintaining hands-on involvement on key problems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management including 3+ years leading others
• Experience shipping in complex platforms, APIs, or backend-heavy systems
• Strong written communication and a customer-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of product managers to deliver consistently against KPIs, building clear ownership
• Own strategy and roadmap across multiple product areas, balancing customer value and business impact
• Stay hands-on by owning key problems end-to-end, from discovery to launch
• Partner with Engineering and Design leadership to turn vision into execution, align priorities and trade-offs
• Work directly with customers, network partners, and internal teams to validate solutions and drive outcomes
• Shape how the product org works, including AI and automation
