Job summary

WR Logistics is seeking an Air Import Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end air import shipments from arrival to final delivery at Hatton Cross, London. The role requires coordinating with customers, customs, overseas agents and internal teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective movement of goods.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in freight forwarding or air freight operations, strong documentation skills, and be able to handle high volumes with accuracy and proactivity.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics or international freight operations.
• Experience in air freight/import operations.
• Understanding of import processes, customs and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end process for air import shipments from arrival to final delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, customs, overseas agents, carriers and internal teams.
• Prepare and check documentation for import and customs clearance.
• Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide customers with updates on shipment status and delivery arrangements.
• Support cost information and invoicing processes.
