Job summary

Une entreprise dynamique recherche un évaluateur d'apprentissages en Hospitalité pour des standards de niveau 2 et 3. Le poste est basé à domicile avec des déplacements occasionnels et offre des options de travail flexible de 3 à 5 jours par semaine. Les candidats doivent avoir une expérience d'assessorat et des qualifications appropriées, avec la possibilité de prolongation de contrat ou de transformation en emploi permanent.

Qualifications

  • Doit avoir de l'expérience en évaluation pour l'Hospitalité aux niveaux 2 ou 3.
  • Qualifications d'assesseur requises.
  • Posséder un équipement adéquat (ordinateur portable, configuration email).

Responsibilities

  • Effectuer des évaluations avec les apprenants.
  • Planifier des rendez-vous en ligne avec les apprentis et les employeurs.
  • Rédiger des rapports sur les évaluations.

Job description

The role is home based with some travel – mileage paid

This role is until the end of July 2025

Possibility of extension or becoming permanent as there is plenty of work

Working days: Monday to Friday

Flexible working options: 3, 4, or 5 days per week depending on your availability

Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility

Location: Reside anywhere south of England from the Midlands down

Job role

Carrying out end point assessment activities and making decisions for apprenticeship standards in Front of House Hospitality levels 2 and 3 for learners in hotels, including Admin, Reception, Events, Conferences, Housekeeping.

Experience with food and beverage assessments is advantageous but not essential.

Requirements

  • Must have end point assessing experience for Hospitality at level 2 or 3
  • Must have worked in an EPA role or delivered end point assessments for an awarding body

Responsibilities include conducting assessments with learners, scheduling appointments, planning meetings online with apprentices and employers, creating assessment plans, and writing reports.

Essential qualifications and equipment

  • Must be assessor qualified (e.g., TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33)
  • Must have own equipment: laptop and email setup
  • Ideally DBS clearance and on the update service
