Job summary

Shaftesbury Cranfield Court is recruiting Enabling Support Workers to provide person-centred care to adults with disabilities. You will support daily living, record keeping, and may assist with personal care and medication under a person-centred support plan.

This role includes sleep-in shifts with a £60 supplement, and Shaftesbury offers a comprehensive benefits package including annual leave, pension, training and DBS safeguarding.

About the role

As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.

You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.

There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.

Cranfield Courtoffers a high level of support 24/7, with person-centred, responsive care for up to 20 adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Our experienced team provide positive behaviour support to ensure that those in our care are enabled to live a flourishing life.
