Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Broughton, North Wales, offers a 12.5-month Enablement & Project Support Placement with a 35-hour week and hybrid working options. The role targets undergraduates across a business-related degree and involves supporting enablement activities in wing manufacturing, reporting on progress, and tackling improvement projects.

You will gain exposure to project management, risk tracking, and data-driven process enhancements while preparing for future operational leadership

Qualifications

• Studying towards a relevant Business or related degree.
• Drive to support operational business and identify opportunities.
• Confident to work in a demanding operational environment.
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Support lines with enablement activities to assist wing manufacturing.
• Attend reviews, produce progress reports and KPIs.
• Assist with improvement projects end-to-end and quantify benefits.
• Build a risk and opportunity tracker and support headcount planning.
• Contribute to future-proofing processes and digital enhancements.
