Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in North Wales is offering an internship in the Supply and Support (ISS) group. The placement lasts 12.5 months, starts 16 August 2027, and is open to undergraduates who will remain students for the entire duration.

You will support wing manufacture enablement, attend reviews, and help drive improvements across projects. The role involves data analysis, reporting, stakeholder engagement and risk tracking, with a focus on preparing for future rate ramp-ups and building

Qualifications

Undergraduate students currently in a relevant degree.
Ability to communicate clearly and work with multiple teams.
Willingness to engage with operational environments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support lineside enablement teams and gain experience of wing manufacturing processes.
Attend high-level reviews and produce progress reports, KPIs and delivery measures; seek continuous improvements.
Provide support to ISS management and leaders; assist with end-to-end improvement projects.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvements and risk mitigation.
Contribute to building a robust risk and opportunity tracker and support rate ramp-up planning.
